استقبل فضيلة الإمام الأكبر الدكتور أحمد الطيب، شيخ الأزهر، صباح اليوم، الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، رئيس مجلس الوزراء، في مقر مشيخة الأزهر، لمتابعة تقدم تنفيذ مشروع مدينة البعوث الإسلامية بالقاهرة الجديدة. وكان اللقاء بحضور عدد من قادة ومسئولي الأزهر الشريف وجامعة الأزهر.
رحب فضيلة الإمام الأكبر الدكتور أحمد الطيب برئيس الوزراء، مثنيًا على اهتمامه بمتابعة تنفيذ هذا المشروع، الذي يُعَدّ إضافة كبيرة للروافد التعليمية التابعة للأزهر الشريف.
أكد فضيلة الإمام الأكبر على دور الأزهر الشريف في استقبال آلاف الطلاب الوافدين من 106 دول حول العالم للدراسة في مختلف المراحل التعليمية، وتوفير منح دراسية تغطي كافة مصاريف الدراسة والمعيشة في مصر، إضافة إلى فرص التعايش والاندماج في المجتمع المصري. كما أشار إلى التنسيق الدقيق مع سفارات وقنصليات دول الطلاب الوافدين لتسهيل معيشتهم وتخطي العقبات.
أعرب فضيلته عن السعي لتسهيل إجراءات الالتحاق بالأزهر للطلاب الوافدين من خلال منظومة “الشباك الواحد”، وتوفير منصة إلكترونية للتقديم لنيل المنح الدراسية، إضافة إلى تقديم فرص التدريب بأكاديمية الأزهر العالمية والدراسة بالبرامج الحرة لدراسة العلوم الإسلامية.
من جانبه، هنأ الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي فضيلة الإمام الأكبر بقرب حلول عيد الفطر المبارك، معربًا عن أمله في رفعة مصر واستمرار العمل على دعم قضايا المسلمين. وأشاد بدور الأزهر في نشر الصورة الصحيحة عن الإسلام وتفنيد الصور المغلوطة عنه.
وأكد الدكتور مدبولي على أهمية مدينة البعوث الإسلامية بالقاهرة الجديدة كبوابة رئيسية لمصر للعالم، وتوفير الدعم والتسهيلات للطلاب الوافدين والمبعوثين من مختلف دول العالم.
أخيرًا، تم خلال اللقاء مناقشة آليات التمويل والإدارة والتشغيل الخاصة بمدينة البعوث الإسلامية بتوجيهات من الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي لتحقيق التقدم في هذا المشروع الاستراتيجي.
